Farhan Akhtar shares photo of his ‘Toofaan’ looks with drool-worthy washboard abs, leaves Hrithik Roshan impressed

Farhan Akhtar is currently enjoying the success of his film ‘Toofaan’ which was recently released on Amazon Prime Video. In the movie, which also stars Mrunal Thakur and Paresh Rawal, Farhan essays the role of a local goon turned professional boxer, Aziz Ali. The actor surely had to sweat it out to get the perfect body and with his latest post, it is clear how hard he worked to attain the looks for the film.

Taking to Instagram Farhan shared a collage of photos flaunting his drool-worthy washboard abs that can make anyone heart flutter. With his post, the actor depicted various stages of his transformation for the film over 18 months. 

The first photo shows Farhan with six-pack abs, stubble and a weight of 69.8 Kg. The second photo shows Farhan with a protruding belly and a weight of 85 kg. In the third photo, Farhan is flaunting a fitter body with crew-cut hair and a clean shave look.

While sharing the post, he wrote, “The many shapes and sizes of Ajju aka Aziz aka Toofaan. What a ride. 18 months of relentless work but worth every drop of sweat, every sore muscle and every pound gained and lost. The stars behind the scenes – @samir_jaura @drewnealpt @anand.physio.”

Farhan’s jaw-dropping transformation impressed his fans and industry friends including Hrithik Roshan who took to the comments section and wrote, “Man ! 69 to 85 ?! That’s insane”. Farhan’s girlfriend, Shibani Dandekar also dropped an adorable comment. “love all 3,” she wrote with a heart emoji. Siddhant Chaturvedi also dropped folded hands emoji in the comments.

Meanwhile, fans also praised Farhan’s film ‘Toofaan’. “You were amazing simply loved it national award film for sure,” wrote one user while another commented, “You’re the perfect example of ” Hard Work pays off” loved Toofan.” A third user wrote, “@faroutakhtar you are one of reasons that bollywood still have some standard,” while a fourth one commented, “Commendable mashallah excellent movie.”

The film features Supriya Pathak Kapur, Hussain Dalal, Dr. Mohan Agashe, Darshan Kumaar and Vijay Raaz.
