After Akshay Kumar, actors Vicky Kaushal, Ajay Devgn all set to appear in ‘Into The Wild With Bear Grylls’

Actor Vicky Kaushal is all set to unleash his adventurous side in ‘Into The Wild With Bear Grylls’ show. Vicky will explore the wild with British adventurer Bear Grylls in the Maldives. As per a statement, the two will soon head to an ocean paradise for the shoot, reported news agency ANI.

A few days ago, the makers of the Discovery’s show roped in actor Ajay Devgn for one of the upcoming episodes of the new season of  ‘Into The Wild With Bear Grylls’. Ajay is already in the Maldives.

The previous seasons of ‘Into The Wild With Bear Grylls’ had featured Prime Minister Narendra Modi and superstars Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar.

Earlier this year, Grylls had shared a photo on Twitter and Facebook with PM Modi and wrote about the time they were filming the episode. He revealed he had to swim alongside a raft while PM Modi sat on it since it failed to handle the weight of the two and he had promised the Indian Secret Service that he would do all to prevent the PM’s feet from getting wet.

Grylls wrote that the photo is one of his favourites and described the moment while pointing out that the wild is the “ultimate leveller”.

“One of my favourite photos: soaking wet and sharing a cup of tea with Prime Minister Modi after our @Discovery jungle adventure together. This moment reminds me of how the wild is the ultimate leveller. We are all the same behind the titles and masks. #adventureunitesus,” Grylls wrote in his tweet.

The special episode with PM shot at the Jim Corbett National Park in Uttarakhand, which aired in August 2019, broke several records and became a worldwide hit, trending on number one in both India and abroad. PM Modi appeared on the show to throw light on environmental conservation and climate change.

Meanwhile, ‘Into The Wild with Bear Grylls and Akshay Kumar’ which aired on September 14, 2020, created history in terms of TRP. The shoot took place in January this year at Bandipur Tiger Reserve in Karnataka.
